Enjoy a unique stay in 2 Suites in our 1875 Italianate mansion, 1910 carriage house, and 2011 apartment located on our property in historic Daniels Hill. Authentically restored to its original grandeur, our property can sleep up to 18. In the main house there are two full suites, in addition to a separate carriage house (sleeps 8-10) and unit above the garage (sleeps 2-4).

Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this special property. Originally built as a family residence in 1875, it has also been a boarding house and most recently a bed and breakfast. Rather than providing you with a just a bed and then a breakfast in the dining room at an assigned time, we are providing the freedom to sleep as long as you like, relax in your own private living spaces while watching television or reading about the history of Lynchburg. We also have provided you with kitchenette spaces in each unit where you can make a cup of coffee and heat up your favorite breakfast food that you bring with you.

ABOUT

- We will be in the main home, but you probably will not see us. Our space is completely separate from the part you are renting from us. We don't use the same entrance or exit as you.
-We will provide specialized codes for the smart locks during your stay. You will have access thru the main entryway of our home as well as the patio out back by the fountain. You may also choose to sit on our large wrap around front porch.
-If you would like to tour the rest of our home, just ask. We would love to share the history of it.
- If you have small children, adult supervision is required when outside as we do have 2 small ponds on the property.
-Our side of the home is locked and you will have the ability to lock your side as well.
- We have space in the first floor of the carriage house that can seat up to 30 people, please let us know if you're interested in renting that space too.

PETS

Pets are allowed in 3 of the 5 suites (Carriage House & over garage), not in the main house for a $45 pet fee (per suite). If your pet is >45lbs. please contact us first.
